We are in a time where WoW has become extremely competitive. We have Mythic Invitation tournaments and world races are publicly streamed. In Mythic+ content I believe that a battle resurrection, being afforded to only one healer, is a distinct and unfair advantage.
This advantage is so unfair that it must be removed or given to all groups automatically in a Mythic+ timed run in the form of a special action button.
Allowing the Restoration Druid to be the ONLY healer to have a battle resurrection is dramatically unfair. Not only does it possess the greatest Mythic+ toolkit as a healer in Mythic+, it can resurrect allies in combat.
Something must and should be done about this issue in order to maintain a clear balance in the competitive World of Warcraft environment.

Classes that bring brez is part of their utility kit.
And I’m totally fine if that means that it advantage some classes, as sort of things like that help break the meta if those classes aren’t favored already.
But now if you want to bring the real point, is that they’re removing the engeneer brez in Shadowlands.
Which I’m fine with because other professions didn’t bring anything. It doesn’t make sense that a profession gets a tool that strong if other professions bring nothing. Either add something to all professions or remove the engeneer brez. That’s my opinon.

And there are two other classes that can battle rez (I think they took it away from hunters but there had been 4 in total) also druids who are there as a tank or dps can battle rez as well. I mean what if your only battle rez was the healer and the healer was the party member who died? Having it spread out between all specializations means that groups can make up what ever composition they wish.

Male human p…well, almost.
Even if you allowed the same rules to apply to raids, it would only work In instanced content, no more brez for world pvp. It would also as a bonus make raidfinder even more enjoyable with people just pressing the Brez the moment someone dies In the first 10 seconds.
Bring a non-healer that can battle rez then?
I am advocating for the removal of all battle resurrection spells/abilities.

I know, I’m saying you don’t need to. It isn’t a problem that only one healer has brez, there are other options that you can take instead.
Shall we also remove bloodlust since only 3 classes bring that? Or Commanding Shout and Battle Shout because only one class brings them? Mystic Touch and Chaos Brand?
No, we don’t have to remove Bloodlust since we can just buy drums. If I could buy a battle resurrection item I’d be fine.

And Mystic Touch and Chaos Brand? Most of the utility scrolls have been removed, drums severely nerfed. Currently you can use jumper cables to rez. I’m not seeing the difference.
Just take a class that can rez lol. If you want to stack 2 DH, a Rogue, and a Warrior then yeah you are going to want a Druid. Or you could take a DK tank, or a DK dps, or a Warlock, or a Druid dps, or a Druid tank.
There are options. It’s not like these aren’t things that haven’t been in the game since vanilla alpha.
Removal of battle rez is not the answer. However, giving it to all healers would.
