If there’s a community group to help rebuild the immersive elven atmosphere and assist beginning roleplayers starting out with lore questions and character story development, how many people would be interested in joining to be part of it?
Cause it’s something I have in the backstage right now that I’m working on with some friends from WrA and here on MG and I’d really like to know what you guys think about the concept.

It’s cooperative effort but yes, I’m hoping to revive nelf roleplay and elven roleplay as a whole as well as supporting newer players with teaching lore and guiding them with creating their backgrounds and stories to roleplay with.
I would roll a nelf to help out with this effort. I am passionate about their lore and would love to see their culture reflected correctly on this wonderful server!
As someone who loved Night Elves in WC3 and has always felt like they were a little lacking in WoW… I’d love that idea.

Kaldorei RP is sorely lacking on Moon Guard, and a project to bring that to life would be amazing! I might even bring my night elf to some events here and there to support the cause.

Wow! I hadn’t expected so much interest since this posted! My hands are literally shaking with excitement, to be completely honest and now I’m all kinds of nervous. I don’t want to be an official authority for night elf roleplay but I have quite a bit of experience roleplaying them and other races since Warcraft 1.
I don’t wish to make the same mistakes as players of the past made when they were placed in the spotlight for rp resources and information but the group idea is being managed by myself and a handful of well versed and very knowledgeable players from both factions and from our sister server Wyrmsrest Accord. These people know me personally and I can place trust in them to help keep the group safe for players new and old and helpful. The intention is to revive the whole of the night elf community with server and player lore both and to help revitalize moon guards roleplaying atmosphere as a whole. I would be delighted to offer an invitation to new and old players interested in this project and every contribution will be recognized and welcomed eagerly.
I don’t want to make the same mistakes some older night elf groups had made in the past that divided and segregated the to community, I just want to bring it back together so we all can enjoy the roleplaying experience even more than we currently do.
Edit: I’m sharing my laptop with my husband until we can get a second computer for him to play on, so I’m on every other day but I’ll post up a contact list of the moderators and co owners of the bnet community for people to reach out to to request invites to the Moonsong Project.
Edit #2: I’ll talk with the rest of the team in the community and draw up some basic rules for the group so we don’t have any arguements or issues with our fellow players. The last thing we need is for this to become a policing group, I refuse to have the hard line for that. But we will have solid points for what is and isn’t acceptable conduct in the community but I will warn everyone interested that my language is not normally so public friendly but I’m harmless.
I very much support this idea and give it my best wishes! I’m a long-time roleplayer and have been playing a kaldorei for quite some time and would love a little life back into the scene! It is so unfortunate that anytime anything happened in this community in the past everyone wanted to know the drama but not the solution. Hopefully that will not be true soon!
Don’t underestimate the number of people who genuinely want to roleplay Kaldorei, but don’t because of the drama and the lack of roleplay prospects. A group that is kept drama free and provides those prospects to encourage and promote Kaldorei RP is SUPER alluring to those people. Hardcore rooting for you guys!
Creating a Moonguard Community could be a good place to start. Just a place where people can discuss lore, set up events with fellow kaldorei guilds, and just connect might be a big help. If one doesn’t already exist.
It does, however it’s small due to being careful of letting it outgrow it’s core management team. I may own the community group but I give my mods and co-owners respect due. I’ll have to set up invites in rounds or waves of ten to fifteen accounts at a time and yes the group will be accessible between blizzard games and factions/servers. So we won’t e limiting to characters, maximum effectiveness and availability this way, even if I run out of game time or my husband does, well still be able to offer advice, suggestions and ideas along the way and can pass down admin or moderation to those that can handle the work load with an increasing demand by population of the community group. But that’s all long winded in saying it’ll be for all roleplayers of moon guard and Wyrmsrest both for simplifying mutual bridges of roleplaying activities to enjoy and share as role-playing sibling servers should be able to.
