These would be BiS now for Fire mages right? Whats the best way to go about getting them in the shortest time?
It’s probably BIS regardless of ilevel. Just keep running +2 Workshop until you get a drop and upgrade it with Valor.

It’s relatively DPS neutral to use or not use hyperthread wristwraps.
It seems likely that Fire Mage 4pc makes Hyperthreads redundant.
