Hyper-Vision Goggles are bugged and see through Vanish’s improved stealth while Perception can’t see a vanished rogue on top of you, even with Paranoia. Maybe there’s a problem on Vanish’s end, however it only doesn’t work vs Hyper-Vision Goggles.
