People are abusing this toy in Wintergrasp. You can lay this toy down in front of the workshop door (right in the middle) where you drive the vehicles out and it causes the vehicles to become stuck on top and unable to drive around it. It’s frustrating because it is being abused at the first fight at Sunken Temple. I’ve reported it in game and have a ticket open on players who abused this. When you try to call these players out in chat, they say you are AFK and you get mass report kicked from the BG. It is unfortunate when this happens but what can you do…thanks for reading.

It has become rare to have a Wintergrasp without the Hyper Compressed Ocean toy hack not appearing in vehicle workshop doors, preventing the use of the much-needed machines to engage properly on the battlefield. Wintergrasp is all about the vehicles and keeping them out of the game is debilitating.
This problem has been around for quite awhile and it is getting worse the longer it’s permitted to exist, as more people are either getting the toy or getting the idea that nothing is going to be done. As far as I’m aware, there’s no way to tell who placed the obstructive toy down, unless you happened to be staring at one player in the exact spot when it appears. I just pick members of their team out to get the report form and indicate that it is a report against their team, not a single player.
But this seems like something that could be easily remedied. Plenty of toys do not work in battlegrounds. There’s no reason for this toy to function in pvp zones. Anyone wanting to fish can do so on their own time, not while their teammates are trying to win a BG.
I love my Hyper Compressed Ocean and I hate seeing it misused in such a frustrating way. Please, Blizzard, while it may be a small matter to your dev team, it seems to be something that’s got a simple solution. Make the toy one of those that can’t be used in pvp. This is exasperating. Ignored for too long and getting worse. I implore you, bug fixers, please look at this problem and find a way to keep cheaters from employing this gorgeous little globe in such an unsporting manner.
This was reported back in July and it is still an issue. Will this be fixed or because it is not addressed it is deemed ok to do this? Blizz please let me know
I even sent in a ticket which the response was:
"We actually cannot see things like spells or toys being used in games like this. At least not from a GM level. Reports do get sent to the devs though and they most likely can confirm or investigate but we urge you to continue to report that in. Action won’t happen overnight, but posting on places like:

Hopefully it will get seen and fixed but I agree that it has definitely gotten worse since I first posted back in July. I feel like telling us to keep posting and providing feedback has gone pretty unanswered unfortunately though.
I also reported this, but on the CS forums. Got no help there either. Just told to report to the hacks email or whatever. All I know is there’s a bunch of toys that have zero impact on others that get disabled in PvP zones yet this stupid thing which is actively being abused as an exploit to cheat in WG goes ignored for months. WTF?
