I am aware that you and many people here who are Blizzard fanboys are, I have no doubt about it. I am talking about the majority of the player base that’s not like you and hanging out in the forums.

maybe the fact we should be nearing the end of the pre-patch right now and we don’t even have a clue when it will arrive
When do you think, late this year?
Still hoping for may pre-patch but they could justify late summer/fall in many ways… Wait for anniversary, wait for people to be back from summer vacations, etc
all the drama, 30-40 year olds all whiny babies and having to deal with it again is gut wrenching

Changes are fine. Blizzard went with the “museum” approach and it really didn’t work. Too much demand for a better gaming experience. Hopefully paid boosts lessen the endless spam in chat for mage boosting services. They are even adding stuff to vanilla classic like the buff saver from Chromie.
Kara is kind of a meh instance. SSC/TK and on are much more entertaining imo
You know original TBC had a boost feature and mount you could buy, right?

Hmm… maybe for mechanics. The atmosphere in Kara is one of the best in WoW ever.
True. The bosses are pretty good even, there’s just a ton of really boring trash.
Hype is mob mentality.

I’ve been hyped for a official legacy TBC server since late 2008. If anything the hype is stronger than ever, now that I know its finally coming!

for me it’s boosts (and the fact they’re paid for), cloning being a paid service and not automatic for all chars, potential store / collector’s edition mounts and the recent kael’thas voice actor changes that are just annoying to me. Most of them apart from the boost are minor but also so unnecessary that they frustrate me more than the joy I get from the important parts of the game that blizz is getting right like pre-nerf bosses.
