Does this really only come from Mythic Dungeons?

Feels bad man : /

Anyone know how many you get per run? Per boss? etc.
Thought it would be dungeons in general but mythic? Man that will suck as you can’t farm them since mythic are on a weekly lock out

It should be guaranteed 1 per run, from the last boss (or the last-boss chest for M+). Can't tell you if it's 1 per person or 1 per group, though.

You most likely get 1 from the final boss. Or rather one drops and someone gets it. Same as all expansions before it with frost orbs, ember orbs, etc...
Gotten two so far from end bosses on M+0
It is the end boss of a mythic dungeon, is what the info I read said.

You only get one, as far as I know.

The recipes like the 32 slot bag have the higher star one only needing one (like 3 stars.)

As you might guess, it will still the be 30 slot bag which is the one people mainly use. This recipe takes no hydrocore, the 3 star version is sold on a vendor, etc. It seems to only exist to destroy people's "garrison slave factory hexweave bag farms."
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Blizzard will need to either add more slots or make cloth drop a lot more often to do that.

On my server:
Embroidered Deep Sea Bag (32 slots) - 1 Million gold.
Deep Sea Bag (30 slots) - 5,000 gold
Imbued Silkweave Bag (30 slots) - 3,500 gold
Hexweave Bag (30 slots) - 2,000 gold.

While I expect the prices to adjust over time, I don't really foresee the Hexweave Bag market ending.
Way to go Blizz...

wonder why subscrptions drop...because the casual player gets totally screwed.
why would you make things like this Mythic only??? So I guess my toons wont be getting crafted followers items...because the few people that do run mythics on a regualr basis will inflate the hell out of all crafted items that require these mats that you have restricted.

I knew I was stupid for buying the xpac...now I will seriously consider not next time.
Are these dropping from the Legion mythics?

Why would you even think this?
So they only drop from mythic and they made all of the other professions useless because of 340 drops from warfront.... they bop crafted items like the engineering goggles and what not from other professions need to be 400+ because farming 3 let alone BOP resources only able to be got from destroying gear alchemy can make them but cannot sell them. Anyone should just drop and pick up farming to make gold .... no use having a production profession everyone gets 340 as soon as they hit 120 now and most of the BOE epics are garbage now too surprised the market for them hasn't crashed.
One per Mythic. This way by the time you finally have enough to craft an item you'll have acquired a better piece elsewhere and no longer need it.

At least I can make bags.
For what it's worth they also seem to drop in m+, so if you're willing to do that content, you could technically farm them in +2s.

(I'm at the point where I would like to trade some of mine in for expulsom. I'll even throw in some free sanguicells while we're at it. Raiders and casuals should be able to combine forces here, qq.)
I am casual player and this is outrageous. Since ANY advance in certain Profess like Engineering requires Hydrocore, it basically discourages any crafting whatsoever, except by a narrow stratum of players who do mythics. I hope they change this, thinking of bagging ANY crafting since it is time wasted by a ridiculous roadblock.
What ever happened to sweetening up treasure chests, world drops, etc. to distribute rares? Rare but achievable at least without requiring players to change their play style to advance.
