He drops a 0.9% chance mount as well, and with a 30-60 minute timer, it’s a bit difficult to say people are just trolling. I think whats needed is a spawn protection for a few seconds (across both factions) so that people can get their tag, and hunters have chance at taming.

For any tame blizzard should have made the pet being tamed neutral to attacks unless PVP flagged not sure why they didn’t do this for all tames, because always someone who doesn’t care if you want to tame loves ruining a tame for ally or hord

It drops a mount. Non hunters don’t care about your tame. They want their mount.

They’d have to auto loot the mount to peoples bags like world bosses then because he’s a corpse loot, and I don’t see them doing that anytime soon, but you never know

Exactly, it’s a hard topic because if they make him a world boss, it’ll have a trade-off of a daily lock-out or something of that sort. He doesn’t drop any other noteable loot either so it’s a bit hard to tel

I already got the mount when it was current.
But im sayin im the type of person that would never totally kill huolon anymore.
It’s because hunters will tame while someone is trying to kill the rare. Hunters aren’t innocent in this either.

Congrats! That’s great, but it doesn’t dismiss the rest of the population who might want to grab the mount too, or those who have some really dodgy luck. There are solutions around this, telling people not to kill a rare that spawns once and hour is not one of them though

How many hunters does it take to change a lightbulb? They just expect the raid to do it for them.
I have probably over a thousand kills on Huolon going for the mount with no drop.

It would be so much better if it was a separate spawn that we could tame. Making us able to tame a spawn that is camped nearly 24/7 for a rare mount drop is asking for trouble. I just want an easier time getting a black thundering skin pet to match my red thundering one.

not trolling. he drops a mount people want. so it’s just going to increase the difficulty of catching him because people want to kill him for his sweet sweet mount.
It’s a 30 - 60 min respawn time.
I’m not waiting up to an hour of my time for a random internet stranger.
And that mindset is the exact reason they just need to add another model the same as Huolon nearby, it’s the only practical solution.

I absolutely would if I didn’t have the mount already.
Just tame it during off times. Or do it when the expansion drops since the place will probably be a dead zone.
