Hunting for level 45 and 55 food

hello i got fishing and cooking close to max , but can not find any food recopies for food of level 45 or 55 if you hunt or fish some pointers please

Vivianna in Feralas on the island sells a recipe for Baked Salmon requiring Cooking 275 and Level 45 to use.

Ok so its 45 food and where i fish for that salmon ? And what about hunting for level 55 fish or meat to cook ?

Alterac Valley (be careful), Deadwind Pass, Blasted Lands, Winterspring, Burning Steppes for the Raw Whitescale Salmon.

I imagine level 55 fish drop from there as well. Wowhead has a good cooking guide.

Ok tomorrow going to feralas get recepies from vivianna , but those are level 45 , lev 55 stuff still looking

Try Wowhead - cooking recipes, fish etc. can be sorted after almost anything there.

Get the recipes at Booty Bay for cooking, fish for (or buy at the AH) Redgill and just go nuts. It’s very easy.
