We’re already nerfed if we’re not melee. 
Especially if we want to use bows.

Please god nerf melee, had to live through phase 1 BM meta, can’t do a whole season with a meme spec as meta. Pretty sure only a small minority of hunter players even want melee hunter to be a thing.
it’s killing warriors before they can even take 20% off a hunter in duels so it’s gonna get slapped for sure.
The game is not and should not be balanced around duels.
Marksman does the same dps at 40 as it does at 25 lolol

Nerfing mele just means you are now a buff bot, the ranged specs are terrible.
