Thanks for composing this thread. This cannot wait for a fix, it makes Dark Ranger effectively unplayable in higher level dungeons and keys. Blizzard needs to address this now.

The DR is bad anyways, super buggy and unviable for anything but roleplaying as sylvannas.

We’ve been working this past week to identify the root causes of some of these issues. We had a fix to Hunter’s Prey go out yesterday and fixes to Withering Fire are being deployed today.
You should see it behave much more consistently than before.

I’m not sure if this has been addressed but Kodo tranquilizer is ninja pulling also.
I run a lot of keys and so far I’ve noticed it’s most problematic in Dawnbreaker, particularly on the trash around the mini bosses before 2nd boss. I believe it has to do with all of the webbed victims. Anyways I just wanted to report that to hopefully help the team narrow down the problem. Thanks for the fix.
Good job. Now can you please look at all the other specs that have this issue? Arcane Mages flinging out Arcane Orbs everywhere has been doing the exact same thing for years and it’s never been looked at even though it’s much easier to fix.
How about warlocks and the radiant power and stormriders enchants pulling random out of combat mobs?

Can you also check up on the pvp values of aimed, arcane, and rapidfire? Pre and post patch values still are just not adding up in terms of what should have been lost vs what’s actually lost, and I really don’t want to continue trying to guess at the root cause. PvP multipliers are still in the spelldata as they should be. However it seems that the damage of these spells went down significantly, not just after the patch, but in tandem with one of the hotfixes last week. Either phantom pain or double mastery on BA.
I have bug reports in-game and on the forums. Arena logs are still available from pre-patch, the day of patch last week, and post patch. There is only so much that i/we can do from the client side without elevated debugging privileges.

Please revert the Black Arrow nerf. It’s worse than other trees in any serious competitive content environment across the board. It wasn’t necessary. You reworked it, and then nerfed it into the ground.
You can now no longer use Black Arrow to pull in PvE situations. It puts Black Arrow on CD and starts autoshot, but does no damage and fires no projectile if your target is not in combat with you.
for a skill that only works on 80% + hp …thats not good
DR needs fixing and tuning badly

Now fix the massive amount of bugged interactions with razor fragments. and the dark hounds. its massively impacting the hero talents not having this stuff work.
Explosive Shot as Survival does the same thing. Fires in all directions and pulls mobs from the opposite side of the room.
Hi guys when you fixed this you broke withering fire from consistently firing 3 black arrows. i gave this stuff a shot on silken court tonight and the behavior was very bad. sometimes i had no primary arrows, sometimes i had no 2ndary arrows. since we didnt need damage and it was early prog while we nailing mechanics down, i limit tested if DR can actually be good and due to the bugs it cannot. this spec/hero talent is in dire need of bug fixes.
