FOUR CRITICAL HUNTER BUGS SINCE THE RELEASE OF SEASON 3.
- While in arena or battlegrounds Pet Profile picture/avi constantly vanishes.
(Due to Pets profile AVI vanishing I cannot cast Mend Pet, track its health, or dismiss it causing me to lose several arena matches).

When switching your pets Specialization (Cunning/ Ferocity/ Tenacity) they constantly go back to their default specialization, making this feature useless.

Pet action bar with their abilities randomly vanishes/ resets.

Pet randomly getting stuck on platform in arena and since we are not allowed to dismiss our pets in arena we instantly lose since we cannot utilize our pets :).
Blizzard please fix these bugs, the hunter community will appreciate it.
Thank you for the perfect Description. This is true for me in Arena Mostly. However, I have never messed with the pets specialization. I started having this issue ant the launch of Season 3. No Mend Pet available and dismiss pet before the start of the arena. this really sucks.
Blizzard if you are reading this will you please look into this matter and help us figure out if its a game or a PC issue. I cannot competitively play my main class because I causes me to lose matches. Please Help.

Welcome to the group. Myself and many others have been reporting this issue since second day the patched released. However, Blizzard has completely ignored the issue, and hope we just learn to live with it or find our fixes with having to micro our pets.
This what you get from a company that has lost their concerns for their players.
My pet’s Play Dead has been broken and doesnt work since the patch. I can only hope it’s a sign they are working on pets and accidentally broke something old in the code.
Nope that bug is just a part of the mess that Blizzard leaves behind.
Same as when they broke Mend Pet and only method was for us to create a macro to solve the issue.
Hunters have also find a fix for the pet bug, but again requires a macro. Makes you curious were they get thier hires when some non designers can find fixes before them?

Great point! Mend/Revive pet hasn’t worked in yearsssss without making a macro which used to work. Once they messed it up they never fixed it. I personally reached out to them regarding these issues and all they tell me that it could be an addon I have causing it (which makes no sense considering I don’t use many addons and they worked perfectly fine at a point till certain updates were made).
I’ll also note while in arena, my pet will play dead and actually not get up hahaha. Since we can’t dismiss them they become completely useless and what good is a BM/Surv hunter without a pet? lol
Blizzard please fix these issues!
They love to use add-ons as the go to excuse. Put the blame on someone else than on their own lack of understanding. To explain add-ons as the issue would require every hunter to use same add-ons and not up date them.
