A rogue using stealth is currently dispelling hunter’s mark. This is clearly a bug and it shouldn’t be doing this.
Are they stealthing, or casting vanish?

Regular stealth cast, not vanish. It’s completely busted.
As a rogue, i can tell you, regular stealth is not removing hunter’s mark. Look around for a priest buddy who might be dispelling them, or maybe they are in fact vanishing
