I’m mildly annoyed that hunters can tame only undead beasts. I don’t want them walking around with a zombie pet but that’s a weird destinction.
If it makes you feel better… most of the new “cool” additions to hunter tameable critters, is they are mostly Cunning pets… wth!

When you say Critters, do you mean rabbits? Not the Mechanical kind but actual rabbits?

Yeah but you have to be BM for a lot if not most of those. And BM is jut boring.
While all the pets are cool, they also all pretty much do the same thing. The only real reason to have a gazillion pets is for vanity collecting purposes, as all the pets have similar abilities now.
Whereas warlock pets have different functions for different situations and there are reasons you would want the felguard out instead of the voidwalker instead of the succubus etc depending on it you are in a dungeon, PVP, or PVE situation.

Lore-wise they are dragons. However, when you click on them the game lists them as serpent. I think that’s the loophole that allows hunters to tame them. I’m all for taming any of the European style dragons as well!

That would be a cool glyph, like “Glyph of the Dark Shaman” turning the voidwalker into a fire elemental/fel elemental depending on if you made your fire green

We just need to be able to tame regular drake model dragons too.
There’s a lot we can’t tame. IKRAS MAW GHOST BEASTS W RED EYES, AND 100 more blizzard needs to show more respect to the HUNTER
Why?
Because even though you can tame all the things… Clefthoof is the best one in most cases, and the vast majority are just carbon copies of the rest.
If they had the ability to play anything as, say… a ferocity pet, or change it so ferocity were NOT better tanks than tenacity, or if some of their species abilities actually helped them do DPS… It’s been simplified to the point where there just isn’t much to it anymore.
