All I do every BG is farm hunters. Nothing else matters, not even objectives.
If I am not 24/7 suiciding into hunters my team or me is going to get one shot instantly from 40 yards and then we can’t win any fight or objective.
This classes burst needs to be toned down significantly. It’s not fun to have one dimensional gameplay of “focus hunter or lose” every BG.
I instantly amp curse of weakness on hunters 
Replace “hunter” with “literally any class and a person playing it who has a brain” and you’re right, big burst
Lol, people have been complaining about hunters for like 3 years now, I am playing one in randoms now to the best of my ability to get some awareness. I just use 5 key binds and can top DMG and KBS in almost every BG.
I was engaged in a fight recently with a melee class. We were trading blows and suddenly my health dropped by 50%. I immediately turned to the hunter because I didn’t want to give him the satisfaction of killing me. But I wasn’t fast enough.
When I looked at the combat log, it was Rapidfire x 8 for over 100k Aimed Shot for over 100k within two globals.
It’s ridiculous how much burst they have with no skill or thought put into it.
I fixed this for you.
The burst is fine, but the fact that it’s on-demand is what’s ridiculous. Why is it that some classes need to build up to their burst window, but hunters can hit it whenever they want?
Remember when I had to cast 3 steady shots in a row to increase the damage of my aimed shot?
Try cheap shot on hunter when popping out of stealth then cc em up so they cant do anything and should keep them from pumping out damage. Do it now before your cries actually become legitimate when blizz nerfs all CC.
There is a reason that almost all BGs there are at least 3-4 hunters on each side.

This mindset is why unranked in every game is terrible.
players who do the bare minimum, empty slots or worse boas that haven’t been upgraded are more detrimental to the team than me telling them they are useless but guess who gets warned/banned for being toxic? sub max level bgs are being abused for free xp/honor catering to the lowest bottom feeding tryhardly( i made that word up i think it describes perfectly this attitude) and rewarding them for just clicking the join random bg button.
also hunters are op but are also the fall back class for truly terrible wow players. once they realise they can’t warlock, dh, or arms war they settle on hunter. feel sorry for them and at every opportunity gy camp these players.

BUT i hear that same excuse in EVERY BG from 10-69.

Completely agree Marksmen needs to be brought back into balance… Tired of seeing BGs running with 8 or 10 Marks hunts 1 and 2 tapping everything…
Also, to counter your opinion almost 90% of the player base that does pvp… ONLY ever touch unrated pvp that makes it A LOT more important than you think it is cause, if they come into the unrated pvp and see the sh1t show that is the current dmg output on some specs they will either never return to pvp weaking the pvp scene in general or outright quit the game and move on to something else… Quit trying to gate keep just because it is NOT ranked in some way… That is the equivalent of you crying about a tire shop putting bad tires on your car BUT… Since your not part of Nascar your point is not valid at all…

I think at this point Dragon flight PVP is a meme. Random BGs feel like low level PvP because blizzard has one class to OP. Like when fury warrior was OP all you saw was fury same with DH at the start.
In arena the burst feels too high. Matches are super quick and DMG is too high.
Blizzard did very good at everything else in Dragon flight yet I feel like PVP is in its worst state.
Yea gear is easy to get…yet the Combat and Gameplay for PvP is just gone. I keep coming back every other month to see if blizzard has fixed it. When I return some other Flavor of the month class is wrecking BGs making them unplayable unless you’re playing that class.

within the context of a battleground, I’d rather fight a team with 5 rogues than 5 hunters. Against hunter heavy teams, people simply drop like flies. It’s a lot easier to stop a guy who has to be in melee range from doing damage.
this is why if you run around in BG solo you are dead. In a group one person will be the Ginae pig and your TEAM needs to focus the hunter after he pops
