Let me start by saying that the Hunter General Class tree is phenomenal other than making improved kill command and MAYBE pathfinding 1 talent point each that tree is great and I love it.
But…
With that being said and out of the way the spec trees are just sad in comparison to other classes such as, the warrior trees we can use arms as an example, the monk trees using windwalker as an example, and the warlock trees using any as examples really. The Hunter spec trees just have way too many 2-point talents and actually a 3-point talent as a capstone for the survival tree(what is this?!).
The BM, Surv, and MM trees for the most part have good pathings and choices but by the time you get to talents you want you are out of points because you needed to put 2/2 to move on down the tree.
I know this will probably get my forum posting ability banned but I would like to just show some images of what the tree could actually look like where we arent one of the only classes losing more than we are gaining when you compare DF Hunters to Shadowlands Hunters

I know these arent perfect but just an idea I hope and am somewhat sure the balancing team are still somewhat open to changes this soon before launch so we arent waiting an entire patch before we can get some of our class abilities back.
