This is just incorrect. If I do scatter then Feign Death and drop a frost trap. It completely wears off insanely fast. It did not wear off that fast in vanilla even if there was a diminishing returns between the 2 ability.
Please fix this. Other people apparently have brought this issue up as well.
Sadly I believe this is correct. There was one or two patches late in vanilla where scatter and trap DR. It was reverted later. Unfortunately, we’re on one of those patches. For like the first 7 years of the game scatter and trap don’t DR outside of a very small window, and we’re on that window. It’s lame, but technically accurate.
