My wolf just leveled up from 47 to 48 and they have max loyalty but did not get anymore training points. Is this a bug ?
I had just tamed this wolf and although he is the same level as my cat I don’t have enough points to get him up to the same lvl of stamina and armor (both at 30 and 36 right now) as my cat and it doesn’t seem right.
When you tamed your wolf, did it already know some skills? That would use up some training points. If the wolf came with higher level skills than the cat, it would have fewer training points left over for things like Greater Stamina & Natural Armor.
But yes, your wolf should have gained some training points when it leveled up; if it didn’t, that would be a bug. The total number of TPs should be: Pet Level * (Pet Loyalty - 1). A pet at max loyalty should be gaining 5 TPs each time they level; a level 48 pet at max loyalty should have a total of 240 TPs.
Ok thanks. Yes it knew furious howl and bite at a higher level that the cat started out. My cat I have been using the same as I first tamed so at most it got a few extra ranks of claw and bite plus dash. And then almost everything went into stamina and armor.
When I logged in again to check the total point he had, the 5 extra points were showing up. Maybe it takes a relog ? So yes he has the correct number of points overall - 240.
How disappointing. I took him in Maraudon yesterday and I couldn’t even use him for some sections because he just kept dying.
Guess I am going to have to retrain him a bit.
