I love the new feature where newly tamed pets retain their original names after taming, as opposed to being renamed by its family.
However, is there a way of obtaining the pet’s name for those pets who you already have without taming them again ?
I have Loque’nahak but characters such as ( ’ ) cannot be used for renaming.
At present it doesn’t appear that there is a way to revert the name to their spawn names, but it seems to be something those of us who have farmed some of the rare pets would like to have. The best way for that to happen is for Blizzard to see a large amount of support for the idea. It could be something they could add to the already existing “Certificate of Ownership” or perhaps a new item like it? Either way, we will need support from fellow hunter’s seeking this same thing.

There could be a toy or something Engineering-based to revert the name or allow rename.
