I’ve identified an issue where after I use the Eyes of the Beast ability to control my pet, it seems to break the way that the ability icons display on the pet bar. It immediately changes them to a “solid” state no longer displaying the flashy golden outline on active abilities vs inactive ones.
The effect persists even after eyes of the beast is cancelled. I tested without any add ons enabled and it still happened. I tried swapping pets and it happened with more than one pet. The bar does reset if I swap pets at a stable master, though. And if I log out and back in.
Edit: Another thing that resets it is dismissing and then calling my pet back.
