Do I need to learn pet abilities in order = like Claw 1 then Claw 2 then Claw 3?
Or can I just learn Claw 3 and teach it my pet as long as they are high enough level to learn it?
I honestly cant remember and don’t want to waste time “learning” the lower skills if I don’t need them…
Level is the only requirement. That being said, the higher the level, the more focus your pet will need. Lower levels will use less focus, leaving room for more abilities. If you’re skipping to save money for now, that’s fine. Consider getting levels at some point.

You wouldn’t use the highest claw you have trained at all times?
You can just learn the highest rank, no need to learn all 3.
HAving only 3 pet slots is brutal…

You can only really have 2 most of the time because you need a slot to train new skills
Think of it this way. Your pet can have multiple abilities. If you use highest claw rank and you use it on cooldown, your pet will constantly be out of focus. Lower levels will do less damage, but will leave more focus available in your pet’s pool in case you want him to use other abilities.
