Hunter Party/Raid Viability Suggestions?

Earlier today I came across an article expressing the frustrations of hunter viability for parties and raids: https://dotesports.com/wow/news/wow-players-agree-one-class-is-completely-useless-in-raids-outside-its-damage

It started to get me thinking of how hunters can bring some flavor to groups without completely redesigning the class completely. It’s just some brainstorming, but I came up with the following thoughts:

Survival - Buff that increases the damage all party/raid members’ DoTs do to enemies by 5%.

Marksman - Buff that increases the attack speed of all party/raid members by 5% (not a buff to haste). This would mostly provide some additional help to melee, tanks, and other hunters, most of which are lacking in current top tier meta comps.

Beast Mastery (Ferocity Pet) - Provide party/raid with a 3% leech.

Beast Mastery (Tenacity Pet) - Provide party/raid with 1% versatility.

Beast Mastery (Cunning Pet) - Provide party/raid with 5% movement speed.

I’m sure there would need to be some testing to make sure nothing is overpowered or game breaking, but my thoughts were to come up with something that could allow us hunters to bring more to the table in all situations.

Anyone else have some interesting thoughts that could allow us to bring some unique flavor to group settings?

you’re over complicating it. it can just be a buff that the entire class provides that gives the raid 3% crit chance/dmg. doesn’t have to be too fancy at all

They made hunter mark give 5% more dmg to the target lol. for 20% of top half of the fight. Where they lose that is about 2 secs lol… another fail by Blizz. lol

On tyrannical boss weeks in M+ this may be good
