[Hunter] Kill Command + Mend Pet macro?

I could swear this used to work but that no longer seems to be the case. Is there any kind of alternative I could use?

Can’t combine abilities that are on the GCD; both of those are.

I must have been dreaming when I thought it used to work then. Strange that I never deleted the old macro too. xD
