Hunter feign death

Why do you let huntards feign death and drop town guard aggro after exploiting their damage bugs that you wont patch? I can’t imagine hotfixes to the 3 bugs are that difficult

We can’t? Every guard as far as I’m aware have truesight, so they see through things such as Feign Death, Vanish, Shadowmeld, etc.

There are other ways to reset guard aggro but none of which include Feign Death.

If someone else attacks or heals themselves after the hunter attacks them and they use feign death, the guards go straight to the other guy. Close enough to dropping aggro to me and they can just queue a follower dungeon while doing 4mil damage bugged damage with their hard invuln

If you heal yourself, guards won’t aggro on to you. If you attack and defend yourself, guards will start to aggro on to you. If you heal someone who is being attacked, guards will aggro on to you.

Hunter is likely not damaging the guards and your AoE is hitting the guards in some way, which will cause them to aggro on to you. Simply feign deathing doesn’t drop the aggro on guards; trust me, I’m a Hunter, they still attack me through Feign Death.

Alternatively, Hunters can get their pets to Growl at the guards which will make them attack the pet and the Hunter can run away from guards.

Yeah follower dungeon is scummy for sure, but Im pretty sure the Phantom Pain bug you’re talking about was hotfixed already, so we don’t have broken damage anymore. (Then again I play Survival so Im not 100% sure on this)

Yeah MM does braindead either way even if some of the exploits are fixed. Im a monk, every heal i have does damage so I guess play a non hybrid that can heal themselves more

If you get attacked in a neutral town, run around town past as many NPCs as you can while you are in combat.
This can cause more guards to spawn that will aggro on your attacker. Then you can watch as they are swarmed by 10+ guards and die.

That’s called training. Isn’t that supposed to be reportable?

No, not at all the same thing.
Training is when you lure mobs to some unsuspecting player. This is just running around calling the guards for help after someone attacked you.

I can confirm this is correct.

That’s a bit vague. Some in PvP might not suspect that being the behavior before it’s too late.

I think I read a source that griefing that can’t be interdicted by PvP means is reportable, so you would be right; PvP can handle the issue.

Dies once to a hunter.

I’d slap your nuts in every 1v1 quiet down lil man

Be a man and kill the guards.

Well I’d hope you could 1v1 a hunter playing the second most broken healer outside of pres.
