The quest “Everyone knows that bugs can’t fly.” is broken. after you get the bug down to 30% and frenzy it with concus you are supposed to tranq it to become passive and take it up to the post. Tranq isnt working.
I am experiencing the same thing. Abandoned quest. Relogged. Nothing works.

Conc when prompted. Tranq when promted. Some times multiple time with one bug. Gone through 20 bugs and none became “clickable” to ‘tie up’.
