The Hunter Legion Class Campaign requires the Hunter to have a Mining profession in order to complete the Legion Class Campaign. How limiting and ridiculous as a Hunter doesn’t even suit being a miner. Also, why can’t another class with Legion Mining see and mine Azure Ore?
I think you’re confused. Either this quest can be completed without the mining profession; or it is not a hunter-specific quest but rather a mining-specific quest.
There are no class-specific quests that require a profession in Legion.

Unless it’s been changed in the last two years, you don’t need mining. It’s a quest node and you just need to interact with it to get the ore. That’s why you don’t see any on like the AH.
Thank you, I see I just hovered over the block and the tooltip said it required Mining but I was able to mine it without. And when I googled Azure Ore, the resource said it required Legion Mining. So, I worked weeks and weeks to get my Blacksmith Legion Mining level to 100 only to discover it cannot even see Azure Ore.
