just saw a hunter do 6x every1 else damage, and when i checked details 66% of his damage was from “phantom pain”
is this intended?

It’s a bug that they’re exploiting. I’ve raised it in the Bug Report forum.
And it’s not just passive damage either - a single proc of it has hit for around 50% HP.

yep…got a friend that has never been 2400 before reach elite in a matter of a few hours… 
Hope they rollback or do something about people abusing it.

Just played a game with a Shaman that went 6-0.
Hit 1 Lava burst for 5.4 million hitting 27 times.
Yeah… I’m done with PVP.

The games so messed up right now you can’t even walk around town without accidently exploiting.

Yep, played a deep brawl six and 4 were BM hunters all exploiting this.
I mean, Blizz knows what kind fof community this is. If its exploitable tons will do it.
Did lfr on a holy priest alt today and accidently solod the raid. Not even joking my holy nova was just doing 98% of the group’s total dps. Level scaling in BRD is so broken

It is fixed. It was from a BM bug.
Supposedly the bug was fixed, then I did a Solo Arena(solo shuffle) and Ele still hits about twice as hard as it should. Without you having defensives and your healer using externals at the same time you just die.
