FYI I’m seeing Legacy as having 40 AGI on wowhead.
That makes this more of a AP and mp5 vs crit chance comparison.
EDIT: and I think the crit wins out because of go for the throat. If you melee weave though that might be a different story.

These are fully buffed. So the +35 Agility enchant is on this theoritical Legacy.
