when casting barrage;
Visual doesn’t show (this has been a problem for a long time)
Sometimes barrage does no damage, doesn’t hit any targets.
Sometimes barrage will do damage on initial cast and then no damage after.
Last two have been a more recent problem, they made me feel it’s necessary to post something about this.
I’m sorry to say i don’t know what recreates the bug, i tried jumping/falling it seemed to be one of the only variables i could think of but it isn’t consistent.
i have had this issue as well , i find it most often does no damage when you are backing up while casting

Barrage has been so problematic over the years, that I only ever talent for it to run old content.
Some of the stand out bugs I have encountered using Barrage are:
- During Warlords of Draenor, aggroing Rukhmar in Spires of Arak when it was easily 100 yards over head.
- During Legion and Battle for Azeroth, hitting targets behind me.
- During Shadowlands, doing absolutely no damage or 300% the damage that was promised.
- During Dragonflight and The War Within, any movement, even rotating, causes Barrage to do no damage.
- In every expansion since Cataclysm, the animation may or may not occur as some line of code in whatever hotfix or patch that has rolled out break the link to it in the code.
