Hi guys I am curious about all classes but mainly stats for my Hunter. My initial thoughts were Agi/Stam were best. Then after researching a bit I found that Spirit is really good. So my consensus was to find Agi/Spirit gear and to not worry about stamina. However now I am level 44, and I am starting to see secondary stats like crit. So basically I believe 53sh Agi = 1 crit & 4sh dps) but you don’t get the 4sh DPS (because it’s not actually Agi). I have an item that gives 1% crit and it seems really bad and low to me, but apparently it might be good. Should I use that item over let’s say an item with 12sh agility?
9% hit
Then agi and crit
Sta does nothing for you
Str isn’t bad, as it gives your pet AP
That is real useful for END GAME PVE content. Read his post again. He is 44.
Agil = Attack Power and Crit (how hard you hit something)
Int - Mana. Your abilities use mana
Spirit - Regenerated mana / health out of combat, but you can drink water
Stamina - Keeps you alive. As long as your pet has aggro while leveling no issue (your beast master). But if your not BM leveling then your going to pull aggro and home health is a good idea.
He’ll likely be 60 in two weeks with some dedicated play. A lot of hunters I’ve met don’t know the basic end game stats.
Starting to focus on that now prevents confusion later. Or the occasional person who’s so confused they go after shammy or resto druid gear…
Teach em early.
Source on that str giving pets AP?
I have played this game off and on for 15 years, and this is the first I have heard of this.
I don’t thinm that’s right.
I know in BC Hunter pets starts scaling with your stats.
you mean every class?
It’s mind boggling how many people reach 60 and have no clue how to gear/stat/play their char.
Pre 60, go for falcon items, that’s AGI/INT. For a hunter, this does everything you need. Btw, 53agi being 1 crit is at level 60, not lower levels. But still, hunter has the worst crit ratio in the game, and thus most hunters go for raw crit at 60.
Pets do not scale with any stats in classic.
