Currently attempt to do the quest “Stalking the Warrens”, where you have to complete a “Hunt”. The current hunt that is available is called “Soul Bound” and you need to kill a Shifting Life-Eater and an Undying Soulbinder. However, the Undying Soulbinder does not seem to be spawning at all. I’ve check the area that the quest outlines and the “point” where the quest has marked for this specific mob.
Same, I can confirm this is happening on the Bleeding Hollow server. Undying Soulbinder does not spawn waiting for it for 35-40 mins with a few others no luck.
Same thing is happening on Medivh. Glad to know it’s not just that he’s deep underground somewhere I can’t find

Stormrage as well - been this way for the last 3 days (war mode on and off). I managed to complete it on one character by joining a group to a server that was not in the bugged state.
This is made even more of a problem by needing to go back to Obiros to server hop. You join a group, head down to the location, find it is bugged as well. Then you either have run or to use a hearth (or Cypher of relocation) to get back up and repeat, hoping somebody new is listing a group.
Same thing happened on the previous hunt, although with that one it appeared to get out of the bugged state after about 6 hours.
