After running heroic wrath 6 weeks in a row with coins on 5 different toons and still no trinket drop, I have come to realize that the item simply doesn’t exist.

If anything feels like it drops too much. 
I want Psyche Shredder but that dropped instead.
I see I drop almost every time (if not actually every time) just not for me 
I felt this way about Maut’s agi weapon. 16 rolls and nothing. We had to have everyone on the Mythic team change their loot spec to get someone to trade it to me.

7 of them dropped in mythic last week, no other item dropped.
I can say the same about Vita, that trinket does not exist actually. They put it in the dungeon journal as an april fools joke.
