Unable to loot Depleted Goliath Core from mobs. No mobs that drop the required items for this quest display tool tips indicating their drops either
We have another thread about this and the following quest, both are very broken and doing the item delete workaround to complete Humble Gatherer makes it impossible to complete the next quest in the chain.
I’m having a different issue with the quest. Had no problems looting the quest items, but with turning in. Says quest failed because duplicate item found. Only shows gold as the quest reward.
having the same issue i can even drop the quest and pick it back up and instantly have the notification to turn it in and still the same result.
Im having the same issue. I cannot turn the quest in. Getting a duplicate item error.

anyone figure out a workaround i am having the same issue, i cannot turn in the quest Humble Gatherer because its telling me Failed: Duplicate Item found. the reward is gold? I have tried to abandoning the quest and re accepting it but it did nothing. I am thinking i might have to delete all the items from my bag that are associated with the quest and then re accept it. I wish someone from blizzard would come up with a real solution… The original problem was documented months ago and still no answer from anyone on how we go about fixing this quest turn in!!! You all are losing players because you cant even get the simple things right like making quests that dont bug half way thru only for you all to tell us its our fault and we have to restart the whole quest line… show so pride in your game and fix this simple simple issue! THE HUMBLE GATHERER quest is BROKEN
