Nor are they seen as being racist with the exception of ONE guy from Warcraft 2 (or 3?)
There are so many examples in game of them being the opposite of this, even there racial is called [Diplomacy]!
Where does this stereotype come from?

Really? I see it a good bit on threads in General. Also have seen it here and there RPed on WrA, which is fine people can RP with a one but I just want to know where they are pulling this from.

Maybe it’s just WrA. I haven’t seen it once on RP servers as Alliance before. Or pvp, or pve.

I don’t know if this is a troll and I’m massively taking the bait but humans in game are specifically written to be xenophobic in game. They even use racial insults.
Also one example that sticks out hugely in my mind is Blackmoore. They write them like this to add conflict between the Horde and the Alliance. It’s nothing personal but it’s definitely a thing.

They aren’t outwardly. They just naturally assume they are better than anyone else.
Like how Anduin gets raised to High King.
How the humans just don’t care about the night elves’ weed being burned down.

To be fair, there were humans who were not exactly that welcoming. That mage in Hellfire was complaining about the night elves. The guy near the Dark Portal was annoyed that he just got use to working with the draenei and now he had to work with the worgens. Then, there was that unfortunate incident in Northrend where a Sanlyn infiltrated the Alliance and was trying to prevent the draenei from helping with the war effort.
Having said that the humans also happen to be fairly diplomatic. Certainly Anduin and Varian have always fostered close relation with the various Alliance members and Stormwind is a metropolis composed of every race in the Alliance!

Can you give me any examples of this? I know you said Blackmore but this is about them as a race and their cultural ideologies.
Humans are always racist. You’re HUMAN. It’s what you do.

Xenophobic is generally between humans vs. Horde members. They’re not really xenos against their Alliance comrades.

Since when? Stormwind could have left the night elves alone and let Garrosh steamroll them! Instead it has constantly tried to help them. Hell, when Darnassus burned down it tried to send its fleet to save it. Also, from the Elegy short story:
"Anduin had thought he was ready for this. But as the days passed, each with fresh horrors, he realized that no one could ever be truly prepared for something this soul-wrenching. The refugees just kept coming. THIS is what I am looking for, still though it seems kinda shadowed by the fact that they literally made the Alliance with every other race in it
And that is wrong, xenophobic or racism is something who should be portrait largely in alliance races, most around humans, they reflect the medieval era with nobles and pedantic people, like it was before
but i guess this is a delicate thing and they will never explore that again, unless is a horde character who is racist and should die.

Humans, Dwarves, Night Elves, and Worgen imo. Which they pretty much have done in BFA.
Racism is racism no matter how you try to justify it. That’s just how it’s written and how it’s framed in the game, as racism.
You: “give me example of human racism”
