how is human warrior leveling 2 hand sword spec? is orc that big of a difference?
Boils down to faction you want to play, orcs got +5 axes, humans +5 swords and maces, humans got 5% spirit, orcs 25% attack power for 15s (2min cd). And orcs got 25% chance to resist stun, humans got stealth detection and 10% rep.

wasn’t there a healing received debuff on blood fury?
Yes, -50% healing taken for 25 seconds, the downside of it. So if you’re warrior tank, you aren’t using that.
Going Orc for Axe bonus then going for Axe SpecialIzation is a great Arms PvE/PvP viable method. All about dem crits.
If you’re not worried that much about PvP, I have no advice for you.
