Human running speed is 45 km/h. Horse running speed is 88 km/h. Why does lv 40 mount only increase speed by 60%?

It should be 100% or 90% at the minimum. Why does this cost 80g if it’s going to suck?

And level 60 should be 150%

Yea it sucks I wouldn’t use it.

How’d you figure out human run speed is 45 kph? (That’s pretty fast!)

And… you’re asking for a fundamental change to one of the biggest parts of the original game, so I’m going to assume that’ll be a big fat NO.

You’re not talking about averages you’re talking about outliers.

The average human probably only runs about 15 kmh, the average horse probably only runs at 45 kmh.

The characters we play in classic are average folks, not the world record breaking heroes they turned us into in future expansions.

If a train leaves New York at 4am and travels at 100 MPH and another train leaves Los Angeles at 4AM and travels at 100 MPH, at what point will your original post make any kind of sense?

Besides the ponies we ride were probably never trained for riding anyways, they just sort of canter along even when chased by a pack of wild animals.

Ok, Usain Bolt, 45 km/h is ridiculous.

I believe his fastest was 44. Something, and thats the fastest sprint in the world

My mobility scooter tops out at 5mph

Our characters aren’t average joes. They may not be the gods they are in retail, but they’re fit, capable adventurers.

For 100 gold you we can only afford disabled horses.

Because you are just that fat. Horses can’t exceed their weight limit.

Pfft duh, this is so obvious. The horse you get at first are old horses, cheap AF. They just sort of gallop. When you get to be a higher reputable person you are allowed access to the younger, more prime horses which is 100%

Have you felt the difference between 0% and 60%? I’m pretty sure you should have 80-90g by now easily… every mage is leveling by aoe grinding solo lol

Speak for yourself.

Because by following logic gnomes would be unplayable.

*Between 100% and 160%.

This is a troll thread, mon.

My typical jog speed is about 5.0 mph when I run my 10Ks.

On the treadmill, I usually sprint about 9 mph for 2-3 minute long bursts.

Where are you getting these numbers? Just be glad we dont have a stamina bar and need to breathe after jogging in 100+pounds of amour for literal miles.

You know, since you want to be more realistic and all.

@Lillard

Is it Sunday again already, for this kind of complaint to appear?
