Although i do admit to a slight touch of being a weeb, so i might try the upcoming shogun remake.
The original with Richard Chamberlin and Toshiro Mifune was pretty solid entertainment imo.

If I remember correctly, Gus is a pyr mix too. My pyr doesn’t eat half the time either. They’re not food motivated doggos. Mine doesn’t eat because she gets bored and like a toddler, wanders away a million times to look out windows, check on the cats, see what we’re up to. I have to out right sit next to her and coach her to eat her kibble.
One thing we do have great success with is an interactive toy we call her smash ball. We fill it with kibble and she smashes it around the floor, the food comes out a couple bits at a time. She stays more focused & eats it up because she feels challenged to get it all out. However, it’s a messy toy. You’ll have kibble crumbs and dog slobber all over your floors.
It took us awhile to find the right food for our girl too. They have sensitive tummies & ours clearly has food allergies to something. If we give her milkbones, she’ll break out in nasty hot spots on her skin.
Here’s one of the toys we use to keep our doggos engaged in their meal time.
