That is a bit odd, the embed link shows it’s clickable.
Maybe another forum bug that is preventing it from changing it.
You can always go to the CS lounge and ask a blue about your tl3 progress, and the centaur (Vrak) can tell what you’re missing. and where you’re at.
Just reply to Vrak he won’t bite. 
He’ll respond when he can.
