Dwarf rogue for sure has its place. But the only real benefit you’ll see from this is if the other team has a rogue/warrior/feral. And they happen to be training you. If the teams strat against you is to cc you and kill your partner, you serve (almost) no benefit at all. I say almost because you will have some instances where a rogue is attempting to peel you with shiv and you can use it to remove the slow.
The only distinction here, is that I personally think the human racial might be more game changing than the dwarf.
Yeah you might be able to use it to get a good restealth or to get another defensive in a crunch. But the human rogue will for sure put you in the better position in the fight to start off with if you use it correctly.

Removing 5 wound poisons is pretty big.
Removes a lot of pressure off you and makes the other rogue have to shiv you 5 more times to reapply it later on which is a lot of wasted energy.
Dwarves do have fleas though,

If the class can be a Dwarf, Female Dwarf is always the answer.

Perception op. Imagine you can see every rogue thats not a human before they see you. Druids too.

Both of them are fine for these classes so I would say pick the race you like and don’t worry about it.
Humans and male nelfs run like they have to poop.
To the OP- if you are looking at strictly the racials then they are both situationally good for pvp, but human will win in pve.
If humans were the exclusive racial option for a class, I would simply never play that class.
Like if druids could only be human. Welllllp guess that’s it for me and druids.
