There are not. Humans have always stayed primarily on the EK, or Kul Tiras. Aside from other minor settlements scattered around.
What exists in the sea west of Kalimdor and east of EK is a complete mystery. Could be anything, could be nothing. Right now it’s just open ocean, but Blizz can always tack on islands or a landmass there any time they want. But it doesn’t mean there are any humans there yet.

Coulda sworn Tel’Abim had some humans as well as the Wastewalkers in Uldum.
I have no interest. I conquered “Super Castle Azeroth”.

There’s humans elsewhere but there’s no real kingdoms the same way Lordaeron and Azeroth were kingdoms.
There are travelers and outlier groups roaming around like those. Theramore was constructed in WC3, it was a pretty recent addition.
But all the big human kingdoms and center of their civilization throughout history were exclusively on the EK.

there are tons of human castles all around classic zones, just need to quest around to discover them, pretty awesome ones too
