Nice attempt at deflecting. I never once said “goodbye.” I was informing you as to how I was done going back and forth with you; however, you kept responding with something I felt deserved an answer toward.

Sets made from a city/place is not heritage, otherwise we’d have many others. All heritage are named after the race.
Stormwind has other guards with their armor, such as that Night Elf Rogue of the SI:7 (That I think I saw once with it). It’s just a city armor as much as we have a sets made from other cities such as sets from Aszuna which would be heritage armor from the Highborne.
for a human heritage armor questline i’d personally like to see something with the house of nobles since we haven’t really seen anything of stormwind’s politics outside of anduin and varian. I’d love some kind of nobleman’s coat/atire. im afraid blizz will just give them some big ugly plate set

I’ve always thought heritage armor for the humans and to some extent the orcs would be difficult to implement since there’s so many sets that seem to already be there that fits their race (garrison and warfront sets for example).

As linked in the OP I think the armor of the defender of the crown would work best. Having the questline involve Lothar as he judges us worthy as being the next “defender of the crown”
i know this is an 2 year old thing but i just found out in patch 10.0.7 they are making Actual Heritage Armor sets for humans and orcs . i’m so excited
