Needs a remaster or SOMETHING, ANYTHING. It feels like it hasn’t changed since vanilla. Maybe a glyph to use the class mount as the divine steed? (if you have it of course)

You can glyph divine steed with the legion order hall mounts. The vendor for them in in the order hall.

Yep confirmed, a dwarf has all the class mounts (alt colors) and glyphs to use them as a divine steed. outstanding.
