You…!!! want to put the abyss, and damn me there, but nevertheless it would be a customization option if you look for it.

Just mentioning the name of animes and JRPG game plus some characters that you can mention and they are:

Breath of Fire (Nina)
Tales Series (Marta Luadi)
Xenogear series
Megaman Series
Hunter X Hunter Series
Phantasy Star Series
Ar Tonelico Series
Shaman King
Knights of Zodiac series or Saint Seiya
Darkstalkers series
Persona Series

and more, more, more… The rest is your problem, I hope you are an eternity of doom in that abyss.

Eastern RPGs are made for you to live in. They have many aspects to that end. WoW does not have them because it would be out of place. WoW had to change a lot to have meaning for that.

People talk about player housing, in WoW, it would not work if done like FF. That is because like many other things, it is not the Housing that “features” the feeling, it is what housing might be used for.

Like some other post saying “crafting like X”, or “market like Y”. Those work in those games because a whole lot of things are different. For example: What good would be that amazing crafting system from EVE, if the end product is something you can buy a better version with the current xpac currency and reputation you need to grind ? What good would be the EVE market in WoW without the EVE Crafting and the fact that the best things you can have in the game are player made ?

It should be, but the memes should not be for a customization, but for the actions you do as leveling in Alterac Mountain vs Ogres lvl 40.
