That’s the kind of big brain thinking that is reserved for the main narrative team and the folks on the art team designated to working on the new important projects. Apparently wrapping up the heritage sets on a high note is no longer a priority. As for the quest chains the Draenei one was amazing the Trolls got screwed on both fronts.

The more I think about the quest chain the more depressed I am. It’s nowhere near as bad as worgen was. But To think that for each step forward Darkspears take, they take 2 steps back is so demoralizing.
The story for them should be so easy to craft. I’ll post later what my ideal scenario would be.

I wasn’t really expecting Vol’Jins Glaive since wasn’t it dipped in the blood of G’Huun and gifted to the Zandalari as a wall hanger? Either way A Troll Glaive should have been the obvious direction to go in.

Same here, it was fun to spend time with the trolls and do troll stuff then reality sets in and you realize they ignored plot points, failed to set up future plot points and straight up spat on the massive potential. Then you look over and the Draenei quest chain and just go wowwww. Ok then.

Same with Zandalar, once the honeymoon phase was over I was like - “What a load of waste!!”
There was so much that could’ve been done For Darkspears. But seems like they are stuck in this loop where they have to go through the same story over and over again.

The Heritage quest should have ushered in a honeymoon phase for the Darkspear but it really didn’t it just ushered in a content lul a thorough back burnering which we’re likely not going to step out of unless by some miracle they remember that Vol’Jin exists and decide to bring him back in Midnight or something.

Same it feels like they just don’t care at all, and I mean what should I expect from a bunch of people that don’t actually play their own game?
Some of the sets were so good too, why did it have to be the Trolls that had to wait years then get borked

Yup, sooo I looked up the Great Pox and honestly I’m not sure if that kind of negativity is equal to what this set put out but with how many people it hit y’know it might be lol.
dude they missed the mark with both the Troll and Dreanai Heritage armor. Reminds me of beginning leveling areas common gear.

Do any of you have the Symbol of Gral toy? it’s a BFA toy that possibly has some kind of secret in game thing that may only work if lots of players get together that have it. This is based on a series of in game item tips and lore and quest bread crumbs that make for an interesting case for a secret thing. Does anyone here have it? I’ve got 3 people already. It’s related to the Shark Loa Gral and you buy it in Nazjatar.

Please do I’ve got 3 people with it already and I suspect we need atleast 5, if I recall it costs like 70 Prismatic Mana Pearls and that equates to 3 or 4 days worth of dailies depending on how many rares you kill along the way.
Gral is super under rated, wish they’d make him a Darkspear Loa, you know because they’re the only islander tribe… I once swam around all of Zandalar in shark form from the Gral Idols at his shrine looking for secrets in the water. No luck really.
Im.on vaca so i aint coming home til sunday but gral is my loa so ill def get it if i dont already

Gral is an awesome choice, I wish they would have had the Darkspear embrace him since they’re the only Island Trolls it would have made sense especially since Grals temple in Zandalar lies in ruins. The Symbol of Gral toy is awesome it give your characters weapon a blue sheen and when you use it Gral breaches up from under you as if he’s eating you it’s killer, let me know if you end up grabbing it, you’d be the 4th person to have it and I think we need 5 to do the secret thing.
