This level 40 character just paid 3500 gold for a huge ogre cache. I clicked it, was covered with the glow, the item disappeared from my bag, but the garrison resources were not added to my total.
Edit to add: Closed the game and reopened. They are now on my currency tab.

Don’t worry! I had this same issue. Simply either go to your garrison and claim more resources from your stockpile, or gain garrison resources from a quest/treasure. The huge ogre cache(s) will now be magically added to your currency tab as they should have been! No need to submit a ticket.
