Huge bug in Taza street keys

Cant continue the dung cause no one can pick the gem at oasis RP. Screwed an easy +2 10 key, also cant push my own key if we cant end the dungeon -.-

Edit : We tried wiping also leaving the dung and re enter and nothings works
