<Casual Nonsense> is a horde casual mythic guild located on Thrall. What we’ve learned in our time recruiting is that casual means different things to different people. Here is what it means to us:

We raid a light schedule of 5 hours a week. We don’t go over and we don’t add mandatory days (we sometimes do optional things on off nights, but they are truly optional).

We don’t yell, get angry, or insult each other during raids.

We don’t recruit people who will only be happy if we get CE. We might get CE or we might not, but the raid atmosphere and enjoying the time we spend playing the game and the people we play it with are more important than concrete progression goals.

We are understanding of real life emergencies and pre-planned events that might make someone miss a raid, and we run a roster large enough to accommodate this, while still being small enough that everyone gets to play.

We sit people based on a rotation and not based on skill. We do not recruit for the bench, and if you’re the weakest player but still earn your raid spot, you won’t get benched more than anyone else.
What casual does NOT mean to us:

You can only make 50% of raids, you show up late, or you post out 30 mins before raid for a non-emergency.

You don’t care about maintaining or researching your character.

You only log on for raids.
