What’s up my favorite traitors. I was curious if y’all would be interested in discussing the potential for some cross-faction Roleplay with the new happenings in 9.2.5 in the Ghostlands. Can hit me up at Dredful#0391

Yet again, you prove my point that your act of treason is inherently about you. You don’t approve of the glorious future Regent-Lord Theron laid out for us. You don’t approve of the Horde. You, you, you. The world revolves around you. Belore, my children have a more mature worldview!

This self-serving mentality is exactly why strict measures are needed in Quel’Thalas. It’s weak willed cowards like you that hold our nation back. You are worms that are eating at the core of our great nation. You must be drawn out like the poison you are. If removing traitors (who are more loyal to the Alliance than their own nation) makes us a “police state” then I am proud to live in one.

You, like all weak willed individuals, are afraid of any change that disrupts your idyllic fantasy world. We Sin’dorei, however, live in the real world and the real world is constantly changing. We must change along with it or be relegated to the dustbin of history. The Alliance attempted to murder our Prince and a great deal of our soldiers (myself included) for the “crime” of accepting aid during a suicide mission. Grand Marshall Garithos acted with the full support of the Alliance (as evidenced by the direct support he enjoyed from Ironforge and other places). We did not betray them, they attempted to eradicate us. The Horde, on the other hand, accepted us with open arms. They aided us in reclaiming our homeland, they respect our sovereignty, and we are proud to march with them.

It is a pity you are too simple minded to accept change and see that Quel’Thalas is on a better, stronger path now. Frankly, I don’t even consider you and your kind Elves anymore. You’re just humans with long ears. So flee, traitor. Flee back under Stormwind’s skirt and fling your meaningless insults protected by your human masters (I’m sure they see you as lovable little pets). You and your ilk will die off in exile and soon no one will remember you even existed at all.

You’re damned right I don’t agree with Theron’s future for Quel’Thalas! Just look at him! He’s the Horde’s dancing pet monkey. He dresses like the little devil-boy who was chased out of the village for poisoning the well! And a poisoner he is, like the pusher of Demon magics we know him to be. A pawn, a tool, that’s all Theron has ever been since a once-loyal elf decided to betray his people by siding with the two forces that laid ruin to Quel’Thalas over and over again!

You think our mentality self-serving? Are we not Thalassians too? Did we not fight your wars, shed our blood, bleed as much as any Blood Elf living today ever has defending the home which you now keep from us?! Where was our consideration, when we DARED to differ from the Grand Magister’s plans to have us all suck magic from living beings like so many Vampyrs? Where was the consensus built between citizens of common good? Where was the care for our people when the Regent-Lord declared all who refused to betray our people’s honor to be exiles? You are the basest hypocrites. You simply ignore what you would rather not deal with. A tenth of our people. Thousands of elves! You and Theron deserve each other, traitor. The Prince may have embraced the Fel, but it was Theron who banished us from our home.

The Children of Noble Birth are far from weak-willed. We had the strength that you lacked. We had the strength to resist the offers of power when offered. That takes a kind of courage and strength of character that your wretched kind will never know. I pity you, my fallen brother. You have deceived yourself. If I am a puppet of uncaring humans then what are you? A being who wallows of demon magic while crying hatred for the banished? A plaything for corruption and betrayal? You bluster long and hard against the Alliance, and claim total fearlessness in accepting change. Yet when faced with the true test, the denial of power that should remain untouched, when faced with exile and death, the ultimate challenge, you FAILED!

You think me simple-minded? I saw my people, many of whom I loved, all of whom I respected, turn their backs on our people and our allies and our ancient oaths, and plunge our people into war. I saw Quel’Thalas reach for one golden moment of peace, brush it with its fingers, and then you and Kael’thas and the others spat upon it and tore it all away. I gave up the life I knew to serve Quel’Thalas. Now I return to a land so far from the glorious enlightenment that Dath’remar envisioned, it resembles the Jailer’s realm. You were not always like this. Where was the Vardanis who fought for the Quel’dorei, who could weather any storm, who’s body shrugged off corruption, who would never, ever surrender? The Vardanis of old would never have allowed this. You would have died with honor, once. You must have seen, as you drank of Demonic magics the price that would be paid as your people were transformed into mana leeches. How hollow your words seem now. I at least know what I am. I look at myself, and though I perceive many failures, I know with unshakeable certainty that I am still Quel’dorei. That I fight for the preservation of Quel’Thalas.

I do enjoy it when traitors pretend like they know me. I certainly have changed over time, as one tends to do as they age. You mature, you see the world for what it is not what you’d like it to be. When I look upon Quel’Thalas, I see a world that is and a world as I like it. Your way is dead. You and your ilk exist outside of history. Soon you will wither and die and future generations will forget you ever existed.

Personally, I am not magically inclined. I never have been. I do find your duplicity on this matter amusing, though. You complain about Prince Kael’thas and Regent-Lord Theron providing for their people in a time of need, and yet you break bread with the Alliance and those who corrupted themselves with the Void. It was the Sin’dorei who recognized the danger of Alleria Windrunner, Magister Umbric, and their Void corrupted gang of terrorists, and we excised them from our society. Naturally, the Alliance was there to pick up that trash and use them for their purposes. By accepting these so-called “Ren’dorei” into their ranks, the Alliance showed their devotion to the Light is little more than a sham.

When Prince Kael’thas returned from Outland as an agent of the Burning Legion, Regent-Lord Theron and the Sin’dorei rejected him. Moreover, we raised our armies and struck him down. When Alleria Windrunner returned from the Twisting Nether as a twisted agent of corruption, you and your friends welcomed her with open arms. We passed our test, you failed. The Alliance is corrupt and it stands for nothing.

All of this to say, you (like all traitors before you) are a hypocrite. As I’ve said many times, you are only concerned with your own desires. You may not have welcomed the Void into your body, but make no mistake, you are every bit as corrupt.

I no longer fight for Quel’Thalas as it was.

I fight for Quel’Thalas as it shall become.

That’s where you are mistaken, Quel’dorei. See the people here are fighting for what it will become. A stronger, more stable, more independent state that stands on its legs. Not huddling at the Alliance’s coat tails.

Slaves to Demons. Slaves to the Horde. Slaves to Sylvanas. Your new masters have brought you nothing but suffering and peril. While the Alliance fights for a free Quel’thalas, escaped from the yoke of Horde tyranny. Your very own rulers flirt with leaving the Horde every year. Because they know in their fraudulent hearts that I am right. They would leave the Horde if they could. Stand on their own once more. But they fear the enemies that they made in their mad scramble for power would descend upon them.

I believe in the Alliance and what it stands for. The protection of Azeroth. The fair and prosperous interaction between nations. The defense of our lands and the common good of all from the Horde. The great lie perpetrated by Gul’dan to turn honorable people into monsters. All the while more Thalassians defect from Quel’Thalas every day. Children of Noble Birth, Void, and even Blood, fight alongside us. The split grows more even. It is no longer 90% of you and only 10% of us. The time is coming when the children of Quel’Thalas will stand once more alongside the Alliance in full. Wether that happens through peaceful union or force of arms, rests in your hands, not in mine. There can be no war in which you are not the aggressor.

That’s a lot of wordplay to dance around being a subservient traitor…

  • To whom this may concern,

As I struggle to even find words to describe the failures of you and your followers. The facts remain; the Human Kingdoms gave rise to the Lich King that laid our great Kingdom low, it was the Human Marshal that imprisoned our people unjustly, it was a Human Magi that slaughtered our people in Dalaran. You break bread and sleep in the house of those who see our people time and time again as nothing more than a means to an end. You speak of the evils and vile of the Forsaken yet, they are one of the few who aid our people, the same can not be said about the Alliance that failed to come to our aid for they were too busy in their own agendas. It was our people that showed them the power of Arcane, and is one of the few reasons they were able to beat back the Trolls and form their Kingdoms yet they forgot that when we needed aid.

You speak of using Fel as it’s some defining trait of what is left of our people, yet you let the ones that turned to the Void, the Sunwells very opposition in existence, rally to your cause without question. When it came time to make the hard decisions you ran, like a lynx with its tail between its legs. You chose to leave our people suffering in the state the Alliance left us in. You have and always will be a failure to the Magistrate of Silvermoon, while we and the Draenei restarted the Sunwell you hid, at least I can find some ounce of respect for the Draenei in my heart, it was us that suffered through it without running away like some, and through our struggles we have rebuilt what was lost, yet you were nowhere to be seen. Now you wish to return in a parade of cowards, with the sounds of trumpets as if you accomplished anything. Aside from bowing to your Human overlords.

But we stood, even in the face of it and shall continue to stand for our once great Kingdom, as it is, with our allies that aided us. And shall sit back and watch all these you call evil join your cause, and you shall embrace them with all the hypocrisy of the Legion. If only you had this much resolved when the Scourge attacked as you do attacking our own people, our Kingdom would have never fell. Don’t bother returning, you’ll only weaken our Kingdom yet again.

As for me I’d rather die, remembering all those we lost to the Alliance’s betrayal, as a Sin’Dorei than accept weak willed cowards as a figurehead of our people who serve the same people that not only failed to pay us back for our aid, but instead only caused suffering. These are the people you stand with. Our people still stand, without you and your ilk. Whatever the Horde did to the Humans, I strongly believe they deserved it.

Hello!

New to RP on WoW and have been developing a Blood Elf DH for a couple years and landed on administration vibes (think magistrate, spymaster, strategist, bureaucrat).
I have a loose idea for personal character ideas, but ultimately wishes to align themselves with their people for the betterment of their people.
No intentions to do harm to anyone and am generally an all around chill person looking to learn how to roleplay and maybe develop a sister legion!

I would like a more IC political vibe (not getting involved in IRL politics but BSing about in game politics and bureaucratic nonsense)! Let me know what you guys think!

We just so happen to love politics and subterfuge here in TPL. I do very much enjoy the bureaucrat idea for a DH. If you want we can chat more! Feel free and DM me on Discord, ladyhopecry
