We are a guild that has been raiding off and on since Legion and usually are within top 10 of the server. The guild is led by players with experience in top 100 US guilds with almost all players getting almost all CE’s since Legion. We are remaking the guild so we are looking for all players. You get a mythic spot by outperforming other players within your role. This goes for all members including officers, i.e. if you are an officer and you do not perform to the necessary level you would not have a spot. The only exceptions to this are composition dependent and dependent on players adhering to rules (such as being to raid on time).
We require that people get their 15s and do other necessary work to maintain their mythic spot but we will always help players get their 15s. Most of us will be pushing high raider IO in addition to raiding.
