[H]<Strat Roulette> 3/10 M, 10/10 H SoD, LF DPS, healer for 2nd team!

Strat Roulette is a 10/10 M CN Guild on Area 52. We reformed from in June 2020, where we made reasonable prog in previous raid tiers before achieving our first CE in Nya’lotha. Our goal is to consistently achieve CE each tier. We are a pretty chill group of people who enjoy spending time together both in and outside of raid. We are active on discord and in-game. In addition to our raid team; we have a robust M+ community. We also enjoy pvp and achievement/legacy/transmog runs. We have two teams, Team Strat is our main team, and Team Floor Inspectors (TFI) is our new mythic team!

RAIDER REQUIREMENTS

We are a very committed group of players and we’re looking for the same level of commitment from any potential applicants. We understand that everyone has obligations outside of WoW and we work with our raiders to help them balance WoW with these. Other requirements include:

  • Having a thorough understanding of your class
  • Researching fights beforehand to learn mechanics and understand your role in the fight
  • Be capable of reading your own logs or comfortable asking for help if you do not know how
  • Be open to accepting advice from officers to help improve your play
  • Regular attendance and punctuality, raiders are expected to be online 15 minutes before raid

We have a dedicated officer team who are very approachable and easy to talk to, who want to help you succeed. We work hard to ensure the raid and guild environment are positive and inclusive. We’re all there to push ourselves and have fun and we don’t want to lose sight of that. Hello everyone, my name is Razz and I act as the Raid Caller for the team. I’m the point person on most research into mechanics and different successful strategies for any given fight.
